It started, like most of our bad decisions, with a bet: who could find the best al pastor in St. Pete? Daniel had photos, Mike had opinions, and Mitch had a suspiciously detailed ranking system already typed up.
Three years later, the bet became a routine. Once a month we pick a new spot, order too much, rate every single thing, and then settle the real score over a board game until someone's salsa-stained rulebook ends the night. The crew has grown since — but the format never changes.
We're not critics. We're a group of friends who take tacos and game night equally, unreasonably seriously.
